Personal training is the effective form of training. Under the guidance of professional trainers you will achieve your goals effectively, safely, in a shorter period of time and sustainably with a focus on your personal wishes and needs. The experienced trainers recognise and react to the signals of your body and thus enable the elaboration of a perfectly fitting training plan.
PRO Trainers have qualified for this role through a particularly intensive selection process. Only the best trained, most experienced and most suitable candidates are given the job of looking after our members. As a matter of principle, all personal trainers receive regular training and further qualifications in order to be able to provide you with ideal care and advice.
In every club, in addition to the PRO trainers, there are so-called ELITE trainers. These are particularly popular and are booked most frequently by our members. ELITE trainers have many years of experience and have established themselves in our clubs. They bring an excessive amount of experience with them and are often recognised experts in various special areas or use special training methods. Benefit from this special expertise.
